Diana:  Oh my gosh, you guys, can you believe that this is the week of Christmas? Wow, 2021 came and went and here we are a couple of days before Christmas and that’s so exciting.


   I hope you are doing well. This is going to be a really short episode because all of us right now are in super focused go mode


   Maybe you’re not. Maybe you’re chillin’… Maybe you’ve put in a lot of preparation. Maybe you’re chillin’…


   But I mean for me, we’re on vacation, visiting family. I mean, so that increases the things that I am involved in at the moment. Like it’s not just a normal chill day. There’s things that are a little bit different like sleep schedules, different foods that my kids are being feed or eating. I’m needing to prepare different things. It’s cold outside, and they’re playing. There’s lots of different things.


   So, being close to the holidays, there’s some commotion. There’s some high energy and I hope it’s positive energy for you. I hope you’re enjoying yourself right now, and as you’re listening to this, you’re like, “Uh girl, I’m prepared. I’m happy. I’m chillin’…” And if you’re not quite there in the next couple of days, you can get done with what you need to enjoy this holiday with your family.


   There’s three things that I want to remind you of, as you’re finishing out this week. One, please take care of yourself. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep. Throwing things out the window, that are not important, that may not be absolutely necessary right now. Throw those out the window. I don’t know what that would be for you. I don’t know what that is for you. But throw something out if you have to, to be able to be more in peace. Take care of yourself and get enough sleep.


    Hopefully, you’ve been able to get the things done and you need to. If there’s someone that can help you finish wrapping your presents, getting things ready. Then please bring them in. Have them help you to remember the magic that is possible for you right now, with your children, with your family, with yourself. We will never have this specific moment ever again.


   So, as this is a couple of days before Christmas, I really invite you to try to feel the magic. To be able to relax, to be able to enjoy the moment and not let the little things bother you, but just to feel the joy and the amazing emotions that can come with having a positive holiday experience.  


   And the last thing is, make sure that you’re relaxed, rested and happy, however that needs to happen for you. As we’re signing out, I’m going to sing…
